Featured Project: Danville Driveway

May 19, 2015

We would like to highlight a driveway installation that was completed in the East Bay community of Danville. The project consisted of removing the existing driveway and replacing it with Carriage Stone Pavers in the Tahoe Blend. Prior to construction the driveway was stamped concrete (pictured below) which matched the other driveways in the development. The switch to concrete pavers, with their vibrant colors and distinctive pattern, make this home stand out from it’s neighbors.

Pavers have many advantages over stamped concrete including the ability to appear “new” for longer and cheaper long term maintenance. If you need to replace stamped concrete that becomes cracked you will either have to replace a large section or if you choose to patch up that area it is likely that the replacement concrete will be a different shade than the original. If for some reason a paver becomes damaged you only have to replace the damaged units which keeps costs to a minimum. Browse the gallery below to see pictures before and after construction.
